The Series III Land Rover was introduced in 1971 and was produced until 1985 with three petrol engine options and one diesel. This particular Arctic White Series III Land Rover is powered by a 2.25 liter inline 4 diesel engine, paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. The Rover starts easily, and drives well on and off road.
All new tires, including the spare located in the cargo area behind the driver, have been installed on the fully restored original wheels. The seats have been re-upholstered with new leather, and new rubber floor mats have been installed.
New components include the carburetor, starter, wiring harness and electrical components. The driveshafts, transfer case and rear differential were fully rebuilt, and the clutch was replaced.
